All the rooms are modern with a traditional theme. All are in good to very good condition and decor changes from room to room. 70% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being large. The bathrooms are also in very good condition. The breakfast room is situated on the 1st floor, is furnished in wood and overlooks the Obelisco. The hotel has no restaurant but a snack bar on the ground floor which serves light snacks all through the day. Built in 1949 it is a white construction typical of the block which it forms part of. The lobby is modern in decor. It has tiled flooring, a large reception area and a medium sized seating area which looks onto the 9th July Avenue through the large glass facade. This is an old hotel which has been well kept and has a very high service level. Its double pained windows make sure clients are not disturbed by the outside noise. 10/06 MQ
