Rooms and bathrooms are small and in good condition. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor offering breakfast 7 days a week between 630am and 10am. Medium rise heritage style building incorporated with Capitol Theatre building. The lobby on the 1st floor is very small. The ground floor has a concierge desk and a lift to the 1st floor. This is a very popular hotel for leisure travellers close to many attractions such as Capitol Theatre, Darling Harbour and China Town.

Located in Sydney's China Town area, on the corner of George and Campbell Street (this part of Campbell Street is a one way street). Right next-door is Capitol Theatre, home to shows such as Lion King. Town Hall Station and Central Station are about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Darling Harbour is about 10 minutes on foot.
