"Panorama" restaurant is situated on a 22d floor and serves hot buffet breakfast and international cuisine. It has a beautiful view across the city. There are other restaurants and cafes within the hotel. A high rise tower, post Soviet era modern grey building. The lobby is very large, with marble stairs, sufficient seating area. It also has a selection of various souvenir shops, car hire. A reasonable if unimaginative centrally located hotel. MW1107
