Welcome to le Dixseptième. Ideally located between the Grand?Place and the Central Station, only steps away from museums and art galleries, Le Dixseptième is a luxurious and serene oasis in the historical heart of Brussels.
Since the 14th Century, our house has been situated in the first paved street of the city in the most prestigious area of Brussels. In 1695 the heart of Brussels was bombed by Maréchal de Villeroy and left in ruins. Rebuilt to grandeur at the end of the 17th century, Le Dixseptième became the residence of the Spanish Ambassador, during which time, the magnificent oak staircase and marble fire-places were added. Thanks to a painstakingly scrupulous restoration (1990), Le Dixseptième is the perfect site for seminars, banquets and elegant soirées. The two lavish halls, with their parquet flooring, crystal chandeliers, paintings and wooden momentous occasion. Catering for your event can be arranged through our management. Le Dixseptième will help you to realize a truly memorable and impressive occasion.
The Antique part of our Hotel consists of Suites ranging from Junior Suites and Executive Suites to Superior Suites and our duplex Suite Courtens. All of these large rooms are individually decorated and are equipped to meet all of your needs. Our luxurious classic Suites feature sitting rooms and authentic fireplaces. Some also have terraces allowing you to luxuriate in the sun. Our modern rooms are named after Belgian painters and enjoy a relaxing view overlooking the inner garden. They offer color cable television (CNN, BBC World and TVE available), direct-dial telephone, in-room safe, 24h room service and Minibar. On request, your room will be equipped with a fax or modem. All our rooms are air-conditioned.
The Contemporary part of the hotel has 12 individually-designed Standard Rooms and Junior Suites providing privacy and comfort to the demanding international traveller. One of these rooms also has a terrace overlooking our Patio. They all feature colour cable TV (CNN, BBC World and TVE available), mini bars, in-room save, 24h room service, phone with messenger and direct outside line, air-conditioning and heating, marble bathrooms and more. All rooms feature an individual marble bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes, color cable television (CNN, BBC World and TVE available), direct-dial telephone with Messenger service, radio, mini bar, private fax on demand. All the rooms are air conditioned.
