The apartments are located in the centre of Povlja and were built in 2000, out of the very famous stone of Brač. The same stone was used in the construction of the White House in Washington. Renovated in 2005, the hotel includes a total of 3 floors with 2 apartments and offers guests a garden and a terrace.
The apartments include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a kitchen, a fridge, a double bed, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, as well as a balcony or terrace.
