The hotel is a 19th century building composed of 21 completely renovated suites. It was previously home to the Accademia dei Risoluti, which gave birth to the Florence theatre named Alfieri. There are 2 modern elevators to get to the apartments. In front of the building there is car parking. Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guest.
All the suites consists of an entrance, a large living room; a fully-equipped kitchen-corner and 1 or 2 or 3 double bedroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms (shower and/or with tub). Double sofa bed available in the living room. Some apartments are completely painted in fresco during the XIX century other are furnished with private terrace (30-55 m2).
