The spacious rooms and suites, each provided with private balcony, are in fair condition and appear dated. These rooms are not luxurious, yet nevertheless are fully equipped, many offering pleasant views. Bathrooms are also only in fair condition. The restaurant offers both local and international specialties. It is a 13 story building which also looks somewhat dated and in need of renovation. The lobby area is large and sparsely decorated. There are comfortable sofas for relaxing and the reception is to the left of the entrance. This is a budget hotel offering basic facilities. ME 03/08
