This apartment hotel lies a short distance from the heart of the tourist and commercial area of Stiges, and is situated in the first line buildings from the coast. The hotel comprises recently renovated rooms and apartments, an Italian restaurant, spa centre with multiple treatments, solarium and a private garden with a total area of 4,000 m². It also offers guests 3 swimming pools, wireless Internet access and an Internet corner at no extra charge, as well as conference rooms with maximum capacity up to 350 people.
The 60-m² apartments, which can accommodate up to 4 people, are all equipped with a separate bedroom, living room, flat-screen LCD TV, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, independent kitchen and terrace with views to the sea. The 50-m² rooms comprise an ample bedroom with terrace, business desk, flat-screen LCD TV and en suite marble bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The private gardens of the hotel cover more than 4,000 m² and include 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 swimming pool for children and a private solarium with sea view. In addition, the complex is situated only 30 m from the beach. The hotel also offers some additional activities (subject to extra charge and direct reservation at the hotel), such as tennis, around 10 minutes' walk away, squash, mountain biking, mini golf and beach volleyball, all within 5 minutes' walk.
Breakfast is offered in the form of buffet (in accordance with booked conditions of accommodation). In the restaurant San Marzano the menu is based Italian gastronomy and is updated every 6 months. Authentic and fresh products are prepared in the form of show cooking. The restaurant offers a great variety of wines, beer and the best Italian desserts and ice creams.
