The rooms are of average size, are well decorated and have marble bathrooms. The prestige rooms and suites on the top floor have wonderful views over Madrid. The hotel has a cafeteria offering snacks but no restaurant. The hotel has a traditional facade which has been modernized and renovated recently in keeping with the Sofitel standard. The lobby is well decorated with classical style. There are 2 lifts and a traditional bar can be accessed from the lobby.
