The rooms are quite small, but very comfortable and well appointed. The decor is based on browns and beiges and might be deemed a little out of date, but this does not detract from the overall comfort. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor close to the meeting rooms. It is a large room with much natural daylight. Is well decorated and is on 2 levels. This is a high rise, utilitarian steel and glass building dating back to the 1970 s. Although it might not be considered the most attractive building on the Kiev skyline, it is certainly a landmark and difficult to miss. The large lobby has marble floor and dark wood and metal fittings. There are large windows overlooking the car park and water feature to the front of the property. The day bar is to the left of the entrance and the reception and change bank to the right. There is ample seating in comfortable surroundings. A real throwback to Socialist Seventies architecture, the rooms are comfortable, clean and adequate.
