As one of the peculiarities i?d like to specially highlight the fountain with tasty drinking water from mountain source right in the yard of the hotel! You can get it to your water-bottle with you for a hike. Another great things are related to the location! The hotel is situated right on the Greenway del Lago, guiding you conveniently (avoiding march on the highway) and through the labyrinth of ancient stone streets and of all-shades-of-greenery ways to Lenno for the Balbianello Villa and Lenno ferry station (walking distance) to one side, or to Colonno for the walk passing by breathtaking views over the lake and neighbour towns with red roofs and church towers. There is another points of interest in the nearby, so no way to get bored there! :) Apart for walking routes there is good communication by bus, having bus stop just 3 mins away from the hotel. And once you are back to the hotel after the active day it?s so cosy to relax in the green garden or wonder around quiet neighbourhood. Hosts are extremely helpful and caring, provided us with all the needed guidances regarding parking, getting in on the way to the hotel, and with true hospitality at the place!
