Haus Birkenheim is located 500 metres from the centre of Sölden and 200 metres from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car. Each room and apartment features a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the Ötztal Alps. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Some also have an additional bathroom. The Birkenheim guesthouse serves breakfast in the morning. For the apartments a delivery service for fresh bread rolls is available upon request at a surcharge. Within a 5-minute walk a grocery store, a restaurant and a bank can be found. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available, as well as a garden with deckchairs and barbecue facilities. The cross-country ski track access is 300 metres from the property, and the public indoor pool is 500 metres away.
