Renovated in spring 2014, Landhotel Kolb is located right at the ski slopes of the Hauser Kaibling Ski Area. It offers a spa area, ski-to-door access in winter, and direct access to hiking trails in summer. Each room comes with a balcony and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and a bathroom with shower or bath tub. Breakfast is served every morning, and a half-board option is available. Landhotel Kolb also has a restaurant with a summer terrace and a buffet area. Guests can use the spa area featuring an infrared cabin, sauna and steam bath for free. Hotel facilities also include table tennis, a garden with sun loungers, a children's playground, a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and a bike storage room. A sun bed is available for a surcharge. A free ski bus stops 150 metres away, and cross-country ski runs start a 5-minute walk away. The Dachstein-Tauern Golf Course is a 2-minute drive away and offers discounts to guests of Landhotel Kolb. From mid-May to mid-October, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars.
