The Landhotel Alpenhof in the heart of Jungholz is a family- and child-friendly holiday hotel in one of the most beautiful regions of Tyrol, surrounded by the Oberallgäu in Germany and the Tannheim Valley in Austria.

Children will enjoy the rural freedom, parents the casualness of a family hotel, and seniors and grandparents the atmosphere of a traditional Tyrolean hotel, family-run for almost 60 years.

The Alpenhof enjoys a quiet, sunny location away from the village road, only a few minutes' walk from the village centre with the banking centre and the ski lift arena. We are an ideal starting point for hikes as well as mountain bike, bicycle and motorcycle tours. In winter the ski lifts and the cross-country ski run of Jungholz are only a stone's throw away.

For children, travel cots, high chairs, a children's buggy, a baby bathtub and diaper buckets are available. The new children's playroom features board games, tabletop football, a pedal car and much more.

A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. Parking garages for cars (for a fee) and motorcycles (free of charge) are available as well.

Guests can use our dry sauna and our fragrant steam bath free of charge. Between the beginning of June and the end of August you have free entrance to the public swimming pool (Felsen-Freibad) of Jungholz.

With your guest card you can use the hiking and skiing buses of the Tannheim Valley Tourist Board free of charge.

The restaurant/café of the Landhotel Alpenhof offers a well-known, traditional cuisine with Tyrolean and Alllgäu specialities, and an in-house pastry shop. Our cosy farmers' parlours and rustic dining corners are also perfectly suited for family celebrations and festivities of any kind. We serve many products with herbs from our own herbal garden. From the sunny terrace you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view.

Our room prices include the breakfast buffet, featuring a herbal corner, muesli, fruit, juices, jams, honey, sausages, cheese, cake and bread rolls. Guests on a half-board arrangement are offered a 3- or 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:00.
The breakfast buffet is available from 08:00 to 10:00.
