Pre booked parking chargeable only. Contact us as soon as possible to book parking and confirm car registration details and mobile phone number. Discount vouchers available at local NCP. Parking in York at peak times can be busy, we recommend using a pre-booking park app when our car park is full.
We have limited space for left luggage. You are welcome to contact us after midday on the day of your arrival to check whether your room may be ready for an early check arrival.
Bar Service until midnight daily.
We ask you to book tables for buffet breakfast and dinner on arrival. Priority is given to those on a meal inclusive package. We may not always be able to offer your preferred dining time due to table availability.
For guests travelling on a room only basis we will be able to offer a 'Grab & Go' breakfast if the Restaurant is full.
