The menu at Jonathan's, the restaurant at Eaves Hall, offers traditional British dishes with a modern twist. The influence of locally sourced ingredients in dishes is much in evidence. Some of the speciality dishes feature the best of Lancashire cheeses and meats. Dress in the restaurant is smart-casual and the ambience is relaxing and convivial.
