The resort is a short 15 miles from the famous waterways of the Norfolk Broads and less than an hour's drive from the Royal Estate at Sandringham. Self-catering apartments are equipped with practical and modern conveniences and are furnished to a very comfortable standard. The area offers many attractions including impressive country houses, and lavish views of extensive parks and gardens.
POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment on check-in. Contact the resort if you will arrive later than 23:59 on day of arrival. Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to the separate Terms & Conditions. Special Requests cannot be guaranteed. Adapted rooms are subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place at any time. While the resort will keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance. The cleaning schedule may vary depending on the length stay.
Parking spaces in the resort´s car park is limited to one car per accommodation. No commercial or heavy goods vehicles, including vans, are allowed in the car park. The property is located on a clifftop. Some areas have steps and steep gradients.
