Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside. All rooms at Annie's Guest House have memory foam mattresses, double-glazed windows with black-out blinds, a cooling fan, a fridge with fresh milk and free WiFi. Guests can also make use of a flat-screen, satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The superior rooms feature 4K Smart TVs.
