Opposite the hotel's gardens is Bowness's lakeside landing pier, so you won't have far to go to jump on board a lake cruiser for a boat trip across the water to Ambleside or Lakeside. The hotel is also less than 5 minutes' walk from the center of Bowness and the World of Beatrix Potter Museum, where you can find out all about the inspiration behind Peter Rabbit and friends.
Our 62 designer bedrooms are classically styled in Laura Ashley decor and have plush bedding for a comfortable night's sleep. From our Lake View rooms, you can wake up to the beauty and tranquillity of Windermere before going for a pre-breakfast stroll.
