The Beaufort Hotel is conveniently located for exploring both St. Helier, the focal point of Jersey, and the spectacular 45-mile coastline, punctuated with beautiful sandy coves and historic fortifications. In the spring of 2003, the hotel underwent an extensive refurbishment, the restaurants, bar, lounge, leisure center and meeting rooms all upgraded and refreshed. The Beaufort s 54 large centrally heated bedrooms, include mini-bars, remote control color TVs with teletext, radios, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilitites, trousser presses, hairdryers, and two full sized lounge armchairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and courtesy toiletries. Superior bedrooms, a suite and four poster bedroom are available. The fashionable Bohemia Restaurant is noted for its superb cuisine, with a mouth watering menu that exquisitely blends an impressive variety of fresh, locally caught seafood - crab, scallops, lobster, oysters and fish - with locally farmed fresh produce. A range of lighter meals and refreshments are also on offer in the Courtyard Restaurant. Two swimming pools are among the leisure facilities available for guest use. The outdoor pool, with waterfall feature, is located in a sunny spot and is heated in the summer months. The indoor pool, with spa bath, is ideal for year-round exercise and relaxation.
