The bedrooms are small to medium sized and in fair condition for this class of hotel. Although dated, they are kept very clean, as are the bathrooms. In all rooms the wash basin is located in the bedroom, rather than en-suite. There is a small breakfast room, clean and comfortable. This is a traditional converted Georgian townhouse with a blue canopied entrance. The lobby is very small and simply decorated. However, it is functional and there is a small lounge for guests to relax. This hotel would undoubtedly benefit from renovation. However, it is excellently located and ideal for budget clients looking for a simple base, close to all of London's attractions (02/07 LP).
