Originally a 16th Century hunting lodge, the Belstead Brook is now a quality 88 bedroom Country House Hotel with extensive lawned gardens just 6 minutes from the A12/A14. The town centre of Ipswich is only 2 miles away, with shops, bars and restaurants. The harbour with its bars, restaurants complete with al fresco dining, yhats and views across the water can be found in just 10 minutes drive. Ipswich train station has regualar direct trains to London which will take just over an hour and you are within a 20-minute drive of many of rural Suffolk?s prettiest villages and coast. The hotel offers FREE wifi access in public areas, FREE parking and has extensive complimentary leisure facilities which include a large indoor pool in a tropical setting, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a fully equipped gymnasium. Each bedroom comes traditionally decorated with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a trouser press.
