The Adams, 4 star guest accommodation, is quietly situated just a few minutes level walk from Leamington town centre, the Assembly music venue and the train station. We have free on site parking. The house was built in 1827 and has been lovingly refurbished whilst retaining its original decorative splendour. Our rooms are all en-suite and with free wi-fi .The bar/ lounge is open each evening and may also be made available for small private functions.
