The Lostwithiel Hotel Golf & Country Club is located close to the ancient town of Lostwithiel in the heart of Cornwall. Idyllically set within 150 acres of rolling wooded hills the Hotel overlooks the tranquil valley of the river Fowey and has views of the historic 13th Century Restormel Castle once home to the first Duke of Cornwall. The 27 spacious and individually appointed rooms have been created from the old Cornish Barns with their mellowed stone and beamed ceilings and are set around an attractive Courtyard with views of the grounds. The Black Prince Restaurant is an intimate and elegant place to dine offering British and International Dishes with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. Our Sports Bar offers Bar Snacks and light meals which can be enjoyed both at Lunchtime and evening. We also offer a Sunday Carvery. The Lostwithiel Hotel Golf & Country Club features an 18 hole course which is open all year with Trolleys and Buggies for hire at a minimal charge. The Hotel also has a Swimming Pool, well equipped Gym, Tennis Courts and a Golf Simulator (chargeable). We also offer facilities for Weddings and conferences. Lostwithiel is a great base for exploring Cornwall. The Eden Project, Landhydrock , the Lost gardens of Heligan and the Coast are within easy driving distance.
