Opened in 2006, this hotel is one of the top luxury hotels in the Sunset Resort in Pomorie. Guests have access to the hotel gardens and terrace; a total of 74 apartments and 19 studios are available, spread over 7 floors. The club resort has been stylishly furnished and offers all the facilities one would require for an agreeable holiday. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and 4 lifts. Guests are able to opt for a self-catering holiday, which allows for the marvellous fish restaurants as well as some Italian cuisine to be enjoyed. A bar and breakfast room are available and there are room and laundry services to take advantage of. There is a car park for those arriving by car.

The apartments and studios each feature a bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. Moreover, a kitchenette with a fridge, minibar, oven and washing machine comes as standard, as does a double or king-sized bed, and centrally controlled heating and air conditioning. Wheelchair-accessible accommodation units may be booked.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. There is a massage service to take advantage of and it is possible to play beach volleyball or to go surfing or banana boating. Sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out on the beach (fees apply).

A bed and breakfast only stay may be booked. Lunch and the evening meal can be taken à la carte.
