This is a new exclusive Sunny Beach development, which forms a U-shaped structure rising five storeys, with the upper levels enjoying superb views across the Black Sea. Centred on a large swimming pool area, the architecture is a delicate blend of a traditional Bulgarian style, with chic contemporary design. The hotel offers 23 studios and 39 one-bedroom apartments furnished to a high standard. Facilities include a café, bar, restaurant and shops. There is 24-hour security and a concierge. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment also features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand and children's playground. For additional fees guests may make use of the WLAN Internet access and laundry service. Room service is additionally available and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

The interiors have open-plan layouts providing sizeable open-plan kitchens and cosy dining areas, stunning airy living rooms, good-sized bedrooms, bathrooms with modern fittings and impressive terraces revealing pool, mountain and sea views. The rooms are decorated in a modern design and feature an en suite bathroom with a shower, telephone, satellite TV, radio and Internet connections. The contemporary kitchen is fitted with tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, a cooker and a fridge. Further standard amenities include a double bed, safe, washing machine, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a balcony or terrace.
