The complex offers 50 accommodation units in one-bedroom apartments suitable for up to 4 people and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. The hotel was built in 2004 and offers a casino, car park, café, bar, disco and a restaurant serving tasty food and beverages.

The apartments are modern and furnished with everything needed for a care-free stay, including a kitchen with a fridge and other appliances, enabling guests to prepare their own breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as a sitting room with comfortable furniture, satellite TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with a double or twin bed, a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
