Castillo Rojo Hotel Boutique ??The Red Castle?? is located at the center of Plaza Mori in the heart of Bellavista. The neighborhood is famous for its live music, theater, fine restaurants and exciting nightlife. We are one block from the Pablo Neruda House, Patio Bellavista and the Funicular to the summit of San Cristóbal Hill. The iconic Red Castle, was originally built in 1923 as an elegant private home and it quickly became known as a meeting place for locals and visitors alike. In 2013, it was lovingly re-imagined as a boutique hotel, with original furniture, restored fireplaces and woodwork, light fixtures and other design elements true to the style of the 1920s. Today, Castillo Rojo offers modern comforts and luxuries, including 19 individually climate-controlled guest rooms, a wine bar, and exciting restaurant.
The Castillo Rojo Hotel is a Landmark structure. It has been preserved to the fullest extent while also providing the highest quality in service and modern conveniences for our guests. Due to the property's Landmark status, the Castle does not have an elevator. But rest assured, our staff is always on hand to help you with your luggage and any other service we can provide for you.
