The Sheng Hotel is a 2-star hotel located in the Xuhui district close to the Shanghai stadium and near the Caobao subway station of line 1. It is an inexpensive and clean hotel with 145 guestrooms and suites. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, and internet access. There are 3 meeting rooms here and the business center provides fax, photocopying, typing and computer printing services. Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card including CVV (Visa Validation code)/CVC (Master)/ CIN (American Express) code information in remarks field. Cancellation: No charge will be made for cancellations received by 1800 hours local hotel time 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. For cancellations received after this time the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100 percent of the first night room charge.
