Siamstar Business Hotel is a 4 star business hotel which is located in the Panyu District in Guangzhou and neighboring to the Changlong Tourism and Resort Area. Guests can get to Pazhou Complex conveniently. There are 130 dedicate rooms in the hotel. Guests can enjoy free internet, newspaper and 2 bottles of mineral water. All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV, central air conditioning, IDD, safe, mini bar with multi choice, and a nice bathroom with complete supplies. In order to meet the business need of guests, 4 conference rooms are prepared for holding all kinds of meetings. 3 restaurants serves guests Chinese and west style food and Southeast Asia Cates. Chess room and KTV is a good place for guests to relax after long time working or traveling. Living in the hotel, the professional service will leave you a deep impression. Customers should check in before 18:00 on the arrival date. Valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Cancel 3 days prior to arrival date through original booking agent or internet channel to avoid 1 night No-show fee. Direct cancellation by phone or fax will NOT be accepted. Early check-out-A charge may apply. Late check-out- if customer checks out between 12 noon and 18pm-half of the daily room rate will be charged, if one checks out after 18pm-the whole day room rate will be charged. During big events, such as Canton Fair, guarantee to valid form of payment is required. Some special cancel policy (cancel 7 days before the arrival date) may be required by hotel according to the inventory during the trade fair. Direct cancellation by phone or fax will NOT be honored.
