Opinion subject: No Central Heating System
Opinion text: I stayed at the Hotel Bacata once. It is chilly outside and I had a heavy jacket on when I entered the hotel to register. I noticed that it was as cold inside the hotel and my room as it was outside. The next morning, I spoke to the manager in charge. I asked her why the central heating system was not on. AShe said that they did not have them on to save money, and that they had small electric heaters for individual rooms upon request. A guest who may be susceptible to catching pneumonia may get very sick, especially when coming out of the shower.
