El Aparthotel está construido en lo alto de una colina, a unos 40 metros sobre el nivel del mar, ofrece una vista panorámica de la localidad. El edificio está construido en posición al Sur, esto permite que la brisa del mar entre por las habitaciones durante el día y por la noche. El único sonido en la noche que se escucha son las olas, temprano en la mañana usted puede ser despertado por el sonido de los pájaros.
