Villa Gregus is located at the residential area of Gorica Sv. Vlaho, at peninsula Lapad, facing the sea. The Villa is located two minutes walk from main street Vojnovic, the public bus station and overlooking the beautiful peabble beach Bellevue. The walk from Villa Gregus to the Old Town will take you approximately 15 minutes. In the vicinity of the Villa there is a grocery store and a bakery, and sports hall with tennis courts. We offer you 4 apartments, approximately 40 square meters each. Each apartment consisi of one bedroom with king size bed and possibility of adding an extra bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and mutual terrace. We offer as well a beautiful old fishermans house in Cavtat - just at the opposite side of hotel Epidaurus and only 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. House is newly renovated and tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace. The apartments on the top floor are air-conditioned.
