The Demero Apartments is a family run hotel, situated in the heart of the tourist area of Limassol town and just opposite (within 2 minutes walking distance) is the Dassoudi ( forest) beach area, which was awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness in 1998. Within easy walking distance, approximately 50 metres away, there are numerous (catering for all types of cuisine), restaurants, discos, bars and shopping centres. Further down there are two Water Parks, funfairs, cinemas, minigolf, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC. A day time bus service will take you to the commercial centre of Limassol where you will find even wider selection of shops and boutiques.Hotel is featuring 24 hour reception, 2 Bars (indoor and outdoor), Lounge and Cafeteria. In addition, the hotel has swimming pool, table tennis, childrens play area, badminton, pool table and video games.The Demero apts has 24 one bedroom apts. Each apt is aprox. 50sq. meters and are very well equipped with double glazed windows and has the following facilities : Fully equipped kitchen with two cooking rings electric oven (GBP 5.00 p.w), fridge and kettle, Living room with a sofa divan, arm chair, 2 coffee tables and T.V stand, Balcony with four plastic chairs and a round table.
