The hotel is a tourist complex comprising 53 superior guest rooms. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palms and tropical trees, allowing guests to get a taste of nature, well-being and tranquillity. The hotel offers its guests a hotel safe, as well as a laundry service for which fees apply.

37 of the hotel's guest rooms feature ocean views. There are 2 categories: rooms with a king-size bed and rooms with two queen-size beds. The air-conditioned rooms feature en suite bathrooms with showers, as well as cable TV, radio alarm clock, mini-fridge and a safety deposit box (fees apply). Balconies come as standard with all accommodation.

The hotel offers a variety of sports including aerobics, a gym with personal trainers, body boarding, water polo, beach volleyball, boccia on the beach, football and basketball. For an additional fee, guests can also try: diving and certificated PADI courses, kite-surfing courses, rafting excursions, canyon excursions, horse riding, jeep tours, swimming with dolphins, catamaran tours and city tours. There is also a casino and massage treatments are available (for a fee).

The menus available in the hotel's gastronomic outlets offer a variety of Italian and international dishes. It serves seafood and the best imported meat. Everything is accompanied by a selection of the best wines from Italy and the rest of the world. Meals and drinks served in the Beach Bar and in the Caravelle Restaurant are not included in the price and are also available to the public.
