Family run by 3 successive generations of women, the Lavedan hotel, located in the heart of the Gaves valley, close to Lourdes, Gavarnie et du Pont d'Espagne, is a welcoming and friendly establishment for a stopover in the Pyrénées. In our restaurant, Sylvie and her team take great delight in preparing tasty dishes making good use of fine local produce. As for nature lovers, you will be totally spoilt for choice!
