The hotel is situated just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Rousset, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and 30 minutes from Marseille. It is situated in a industrial area.
A new rental concept in prestigious, fully-furnished and air-conditioned apartments and villas. It is located within a secure enclosure. Built in 2005, it comprises a total of 141 lodgings. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall, a hotel safe, lift access, a breakfast room, a laundrette and parking for those arriving by car.
The suites and villas have been attractively decorated and furnished. Every detail has been carefully designed with one aim in mind- guests' comfort. In each suites or villa there is one or more separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining corner, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a lounge area, free Internet access and a direct dial telephone. A satellite/ cable television, individually adjustable air conditioning and a terrace also come as standard.
In the heart of the village guests will find a large heated outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs, a gym and a lounge.
