The historical building, where the Governor of Lyon slept, was famous during the 16th century. It was the meeting point for artists and theatre actors, who played alongside the Saône. After extensive reconstruction, of the three joining parts of the building, the hotel was newly opened and includes a total of 36 rooms, of which 15 are junior suites. The hotel has a 24-hour reception in the vaulted lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a café. It is also possible to take bus 31 or the underground line A (Perrache-Laurent-Bonnevay) to ""Hotel de Ville"". Part-dieu SNCF station is 15 minutes from the hotel. Bus 1 and the underground line B (Stage Gerland-Charpenne) can be taken from here and change at Charpenne to take line A (Perrache-Laurent Bonnevay) to "Town Hall".
