When Michel Troisgros removes his toque for a few seconds to talk about cuisine- people listen attentively. The son of Pierre Troisgros has long since established his own first name with his very pure and often acidulated cuisine. I had the great fortune to travel at a very young age- at an age when impressions are the most vivid and I only had a somewhat vague idea about what my cuisine would turn out to be. I drew inspiration from Italy and Japan. Marie-Pierre- his wife- a fan of architecture and contemporary art- is the creative mind behind the minimalist decor of this beautiful residence. The elegance of a room comes down to so few things. Elegant modernity of the hotel- apartments and suite all equipped with air conditioning- bathroom- TV- safe- direct telephone line- Wi-Fi connection. A sauna and a fitness room are at your disposal without any charge. The property is closed for business during the year over the following dates- From 22tndFebruary until 9th March 2011 - From 2nd August until 17th August 2011 CLUB 5C- Hotel welcomes Relais and Chateaux Club 5C members with a VIP Welcome and a Discovery Privilege. Please include the Club 5C membership number in the reservation and please show your Club 5C membership card on arrival. Children up to age 2 stay free in same room as a paying adult using existing bedding. Children ages 3 to 15 pay the extra child charge of 30 EUR per night. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Babysitting possible if reserved in advance. Payment direct between client and babysitter. Possibility for children from 3 to 15 to have dinner at 7 pm in the kitchen- Suite with sofa for child The property allows all pets.
