Aux Caprices de Caroline offers several styles of rooms, each with a different setting, on behalf of performers Jazz: Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Chet Baker, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower and toilet, home products from our lodge. There is also a tray with tea to enjoy a relaxing and sipping sweet coffee, tea and chocolates. Breakfast can be served in room or continental buffet in the dining room. The restaurant Aux Caprices Caroline offers seasonal cuisine and a traditional cuisine. We offer laundry service for guests staying over 3 nights. Garden in the shade of olive trees, overlooking the Baou. The area offers many activities as walking on the paths of ancient Rome to discover the sources, old ovens, religious monuments and the Roman stele.
