The Hotel Park Residenz is housed in a historic villa, which has completely been refurbished. Surrounded by a spacious garden with a large swimming pool, this hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere in a stylish ambience. We provide beautiful rooms with marble bathrooms with shower. The rooms are mostly equipped with internet access. Furthermore, they are appointed with flat screen satellite TV, and desk. The ten apartments also offer a fitted kitchen with fridge and micro wave. Nearly all rooms are non-smoking. On request, hair-dryers, bathrobes and radio clocks are at your disposal. We also offer four rooms adapted to the needs of disabled people. The hotel boasts ideal facilities for business meetings and events by providing conference facilities for up to 500 people. The reception provides a central safe, and the service is completed by a lift and parking places. The hotel´s facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool with sunny terraces.
