Park Plaza Nuremberg occupies a historic building which was formerly home to the Bavarian American Hotel. All 177 guest rooms and public areas boast design influences from Nuremberg artist Albrecht Dürer and German astronomer Martin Behaim. Guests can choose a Superior Room overlooking the internal atrium or the city skyline, while Executive Rooms and more spacious Suites are also available. The BA Beef Club restaurant serves a Bavarian/American themed menu comprising premium steaks, seafood and meat. All dishes are lovingly prepared in a Josper oven, and are accompanied by seasonal starters, regional beers, wines and signature cocktails. A wide choice of light bites and American sliders, along with authentic American bourbons and Bavarian whiskeys, is served in the elegant but vibrant Bavarian American Bar. The modern fitness centre includes a sauna and state-of-the-art gym, and the modern library focuses on contemporary literature and Nuremberg history.
