During Fair periods of May 06-May 19, Sep 04-Sep 07, Sep 27-Oct 03, Oct 18-Oct 23 reservations must be cancelled at least 2 months prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of the full stay plus tax. During Fair periods of Oct 12-Oct 14, Oct 23-Oct 27, Nov 15-Nov 18 reservations must be cancelled at least 1 month prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of the full stay plus tax.
