The resort is located on the beautiful coast of Donegal in the north west of Ireland and comprises some 188 acres of land with extensive sea frontage and golden, gently sloping sandy beaches. Despite its seemingly remote location, the property is easily accessible within a 1-hour drive from the City of Derry and just over a 2-hour drive from Belfast. Dublin can be reached in about a 3.5-hour drive.The holiday village comprises 3 semi-detached villas, which are 1,260 square feet in size with two floors. The property has air conditioning and younger visitors can let off steam in the children's playground. Further amenities include a dining room.The ground floor of the accommodation units is home to the large open-plan living/dining area/kitchen, as well as the light-filled conservatory. The kitchen comes equipped with a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The accommodation units are en suite and there is a guest toilet downstairs. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bunk bed bedroom. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and there is also a family bathroom upstairs with a bath. These villas can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Towels and linen are provided. Further standard features of all accommodation units include a hairdryer, an ironing set, air conditioning and a terrace.Donegal is now well recognised as a destination for a range of activities including golf (three championship links courses in relative close proximity, which can be used for an additional fee), horse riding (fees apply), hiking, angling and water sports. Leisure options available onsite include tennis (extra charge). Entertainment programmes for children and adults are offered for an additional fee.
