This residence/hotel, which was built recently, is situated in the heart of a natural environment. It is immersed in green surroundings with a view of the sea, which is about 1.5 km away. The whole area is covered in Mediterranean vegetation and is well kept with extremely colourful gardens. Various restaurants, bars and pubs are approximately 1.5 km or 15 minutes' walk from the establishment.
The residential area consists of houses made up of 1, 2 or 3 rooms including a kitchen area. All are furnished in a sober and functional way and there are 225 beds in total. Moreover, the building features a bar, a playground for children to play in and a TV room, as well as personal parking spaces, a minimarket and a bus service linking the coast to various urban centres. From the north by car: Motorway A1 exit Frosinone/SS 148 Pontina, 2 SS 156 in the direction of Latina, then follow to Priverno Fossanova, SS 7 Appia in the direction of Naples following along the tunnel, at the exit take the first right in the direction of Sperlonga. From the south by car: Motorway A1 exit Cassino/Domiziana. Follow the road in the direction of Formia. By train: Fondi Sperlonga railway station, then follow the Rome-Naples road.
