Situated directly on the beach front, the residence is also located on the main street, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. A bus stop can be found in front of the residence, from which guests can easily reach some of the most popular entertainment parks of the Riviera Romagnola, and Riccione and the city centre of Rimini's most famous night life locations. The centre of Riccione is around a ten-minute drive from the establishment and Rimini city centre is approximately 15 minutes away by public transport or car.
This air-conditioned apartment hotel has been totally renovated. It welcomes guests in its lobby with a 24-hour reception and hotel safe. A laundry service is also provided. For an additional fee guests can leave their vehicles at the garage and are free to make use of the hotel bicycles.
Guests will find warm and functional studios and two-room apartments, with totally refurbished kitchen corners, balconies or terraces and an en suite bathroom. To make guests' stay even more pleasant, all the apartments include satellite TV, a direct dial telephone plus air conditioning and central heating. The bathroom includes a shower and bath. A double or king-size bed comes as standard in all accommodation units, as does a safe. The kitchen corner includes a fridge, cooker and washing machine. Sun loungers and parasols are available for use at the nearby sandy beach, subject to a small additional fee.

From Rimini train station take bus number 11 until bus stop number 28. From Highway A14, exit at Rimini Sud and head in the direction of Rivazzura. Stop in front of beach number 115.
