It was renovated in 2012 and consists of a central zone with the principal services and elegant residential units where the rooms are surrounded with wide green spaces. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe, cloakroom and a newspaper stand. There is also an auditorium, games room and a TV lounge. Younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground and the kids' club.
