Sorrento is a beautiful small Italian town sitting atop high cliffs overlooking the Bay of Naples. It is clean, safe, friendly, and a great jumping off point for day trips to surrounding locations in the Italian state of Campania. La Terrazza sits in the promontory over looking the sea and the towns of Sant'Agnello and Piano di Sorrento. Situated in an enchanting lemons and oranges garden, Sorrento Holidays House offers an exceptional vista of the sea and coastline. Set among lovely hanging gardens which are typical of the Sorrento Coast, the property is in an area particularly rich in vineyards, gardens and lemon trees. The furnishings of the apartment are simple and comfortable. There is a TV, radio CD player, DVD player, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, blender, BBQ, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, air conditioned cold, heating, toys, first-aid kit and car parking. The House is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a living area with double sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower or tub. All furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is an exclusive large sun terrace sea view of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with tables, chairs, gazebo, shower, sun beds and sun umbrellas. The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre. The bus stops which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Salerno, Sorrento and Positano is a short walk from the property. From Sorrento and Positano there is boat service to Capri and Ischia. From Sorrento and Sant'Agnello there is train service to Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples. Groceries can be home delivered from the nearly store, and barber, hairdresser, grocery and wine stores are all a short walk away. Typical shops, bars, refined restaurants easily accessible by the typical streets and romantic lanes which characterize this site. The house is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am but we have flexibility if arranged at time of booking. La Terrazza is located at just 2 Km by the centre of Sorrento and a 1 Km by Sant'Agnello center, a pretty village bordering Sorrento, where you can also find bars, shops, banks and many restaurants. The sea with public and private beaches is at 1 Km, the port where you can catch the fast hydrofoils for the island of Capri, Ischia, Naples and Positano at 2.5 Km, train station for excursions to Pompei and Herculaneum at 1 Km. You may also hire bed linens and towels. Pets are allowed. We accept credit cards through PayPal! Business hours of reception:
