Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden is ideally located in Caniço, a charming village on the south-west part of Madeira Island and is 8 km from the airport and 7 km from Funchal. The estate is set in 30.000 square meters of landscaped botanical gardens with over 1.000 species of different plants, tempting the guests to take a walk and relax. The main building is a restored 19th century Manor House, rich in History and antiquities. From the outdoor pool, you can enjoy fantastic views across the Atlantic Ocean and nearby nature reserve Ilhas Desertas. 141 rooms and 25 Spa Suites, distributed in several low rise buildings, a wide gastronomic offer and a luxurious spa.
Note: Kindly note that our SPA facilities such as Sauna, jacuzzi e banho turco are closed until June 2021.The indoor pool is open for our guests from 02.00pm until 05.00pm and at normal room temperature (around 20C) . The outdoor pool is also available for our guests at its normal temperature.Nevertheless massages and Holistic Therapies are being performed in the Spa Treatment rooms.
