It is close to the market town of Ponte do Lima, with easy access to the local restaurants and places of interest such as churches, chapels, museums, monuments and bridges. Another activity that can be enjoyed are long, pleasant walks through the Lima Valley and surrounding areas. The property still retains the traditional, granite kitchen and an ancient tower, which adds to its charm. There are eight centrally heated rooms with balconies and bathrooms, decorated in a rustic style. Common areas include a lounge with a fireplace and satellite television, there is also free wireless internet access. The on-site restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast using home-grown organic produce and homemade marmalades.
